By now most of us are familiar with the Gratitude Journal--a place for us to reflect on what we have and scribe positivity into permanence. Take that a step further and write little notes of micro-gratitude to the people in your life. It doesn't have to stop there. Are there pets, objects or rituals in your life you're grateful for? Write a little note to them, too.
This week, I will write at least one Gratitude Note to someone I'm grateful for. I will start here and now.
