Before contending with your morning commute and the daily stresses ahead, toss a handful of walnuts onto your breakfast cereal. Recent studies have found that diets that include walnuts and walnut oil can reduce high blood pressure related to stress. Of course, it still makes sense to manage your stress through other activities such as exercise and meditation. But why not give your body an extra boost with some healthy fats?
