Why not get in some exercise while trying something new and fun? Mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding, trail running, kayaking and even getting out into the yard and trimming the trees are exhilarating ways to break a sweat, get outside and stimulate the mind. This is a great way to include children, too! And with a more whole-body wellness and lifestyle emphasis becoming the trend, more and more opportunities will become available.
This week, instead of heading to the gym, I will try a new fitness experience.
