Kiwis are a spectacular little fruit and one of nature's healthiest foods. These little powerhouses boast more Vitamin C than oranges, which supports healthy immune function and battles stress and aging. They contain a rare, fat-free form of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. And they beat out bananas with their potassium content, which is linked to stable blood pressure and a decreased risk of kidney stones and stroke. Most importantly, they taste fantastic.
