Music has been shown to lower blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety. It simply could be a personalized playlist of soothing nature sounds or meditation music; or it could be some of your favorite classical pieces. You can even crank it up and rock out. No matter how you play it, if you just take a moment to tune in, drift away or blow off some steam, the brief break from the stress works wonders.
