Triage Assessment for Psychiatric Disorders

The TAPD is a brief psychiatric disorder assessment that covers nine AXIS I and five AXIS II conditions to determine if further assessment or services are needed.

This 15 to 20-minute interview offers quick documentation of both positive and negative findings. The TAPD documents both current conditions and past history and is DSM-IV-TR compatible.

Applications:
Initial inquiries when co-occurring conditions are anticipated.
