Changing Offender Behavior is a cognitive-behavioral, evidence-based program that helps offenders recognize and practice responsible behavior. Developed in collaboration with Edward J. Latessa, PhD; Christopher T. Lowenkamp, PhD; and Lisa Murphy Spruance, MS, from the Division of Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati, the curricula target antisocial thoughts and skill deficits through an interactive, behavioral approach.
